Designing

Project is allocated to a designer with clear instructions from the business development manager who initially deals with the client.

Client Briefing and Understanding:
  • The business development manager engages with the client to gather in-depth insights into their needs, preferences, and vision.
  • The client’s goals, budget, timeline, and functional requirements are documented and communicated to the design team.
  • Designer Allocation: Once the client brief is clear, the project is assigned to a designer who specializes in the type of work required, whether it's architectural design, interior design, or space planning.
Conceptualization:
  • The designer translates the client’s vision into preliminary concepts. These include sketches, 3D models, and layouts.
  • The focus during this stage is to blend aesthetic appeal with practicality, ensuring that the design aligns with the client’s identity and requirements.
  • Client Feedback: The initial design is presented to the client for approval or feedback. De Align encourages ongoing collaboration and refinement during this stage to ensure the design meets expectations.
Custom Design Solutions:
  • Each project is unique, and De Align emphasizes customization, ensuring that materials, colors, and layouts are tailored specifically to each client’s needs.
  • The firm incorporates modern, sustainable design approaches, including environmentally conscious materials and energy-efficient systems where applicable.
